Delicate baked casserole of Eggs, Sweet Sausage, Potatoes, and herbs, topped with Melted Cheese. Served with choice of Baked Zucchini Bread or Banana Nut Bread, choice of fruit: Seasonal Fruit salad, Sliced Fruit Platter, or Whole Fruit, and bottled orange juice. Consider adding coffee, otherwise, you're all set.
